🚚 Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer
- You’ll receive a tracking email when your order is dispatched
📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
🌍 International Shipping
- Standard International: 7–15 business days
Please note: Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country, and are the responsibility of the customer.
📋 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at info@opalq.com.
📅 Delivery Issues & Delays
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or weather conditions
- If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your local post or courier first
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
🚪 Failed Deliveries or Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts:
- We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address
- Re-shipping fees may apply
✈️ Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be noted in the product description. All items in an order will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
